What type of tattoo would be best to cover a small color tattoo on the leg?

I have a small color tattoo on my leg that I want to get covered with something bigger. There is kinda dark blues in it. Any suggestions? ANything I should and shouldn’t get? Can anybody draw REALLY good and put together things for a tat with my ideas or should I just find a GOOD tattoo artist that can draw REALLY well and tell them what I want? THanks!

there is a place online that has a huge database of tattoos that you can bring to your local artist. i have two tat designs from them now and one was a cover-up.
