A dragon tattoo from my middle of my arm to my chest medium size i guess
Im trying to get a tattoo just shaded, middle of my arm to chest medium sized i live in san fransisco and im trying to get a illegal one so yeh im only 13
You’re only 13, and most likely you haven”t hit growth spur yet
so why don’t you wait a few years cause you don’t want your tatt looking like sh*t.

anyways boy, just wait a lil while cause you’re still growing
well if you got it already and just wanting it to be shaded and illegally, sweet talk the guy "gong hah gah" I’m pretty sure you can try talking the deal to $200-400, try settling the deal at $300

That depends entirely on colours and attention to detail. For a good tattoo artist, though, I would say you should expect to spend between $600 and $1,000, all told.

You’d have to have an idea about what you want as the tattoo. Some pictures are very detailed, some are not. We’d also need to know where you’re located at, because location is a HUGE factor in cost.
Tattoos are something you should save up for! Never get them because their cheaper. Save for quality work. You will not regret it.
