2nd Tattoo ? Any meaning in the tattoo of a square on the back of the neck?

It’s the size of a postage stamp. Blue square colored in and just below the hairline on the back of the neck. I’ve only seen it on woman.

I think it means you didn’t know what you wanted so you said hey just tattoo a square on the back of my neck.
