On my left hip I have two twirling dragons in a circle with their heads facing separate directions and a tail flipping out to the left. Found out that I was ticklish there when I got it done.

If you can't find anything you like online, maybe give your tattoo artist some creative license? If you describe what you want, the artist could probably give it you.
