Allah accepts all prayers from all people, with or without tattoos or henna or piercings or many other factors. What is preferred cannot always be met, and Allah doesn’t care about some things people think Allah condemns.

Henna does not cover the skin it colors it.Anything that covers the hair skin or nails and does not allow water to touch it is unacceptable to wear for making wudu. If you put the tatoo or nailpolish on after making wudu and remove it before you make wudu again then it is ok to wear. it is not haram to wear nail polish or fake tatoos but your wudu will not accepted if you are wearing these things because the water can not touch the part of the body that is covered by the polish or tatoo.during the process of making wudu. If the tatoo is on a part of the body that water doesn’t touch during wudu then you are ok. If it is on the parts that water touches during wudu then it needs to be removed before wudu.

Dear Salam for you.No it is not haram to pray with fake butterfly tattoos on your arm because it do not prevent water touch on your skin
and it do not change the Allah’s creation.
Fake tattoos is better to be cleaned with soap when you will make a wudhu before to pray.
Permanent tattoos are haram because it changed the Allah’s creation and it prevent the water to touch the skin when you make a wudhu.
